Our Company History

1974:

Established AIOI SEIKI INC. in Amagasaki, Hyogo

1980:

Moved the head office and plant to Itami, Hyogo

1986:

Established Pascal Engineering Inc. (U.S.-based affiliate) in Chicago

1991:

Completed Pascal Oita plant

1996:

Opened new head office/R&D center
Completed second plant of Pascal Oita

1999:

Acquired ISO 9001 certification

2001:

Completed third plant of Pascal Oita

2003:

Changed company name to Pascal Corporation, and reorganized each group company
Completed fourth plant of Pascal Oita

2006:

Completed Pascal Yamagata plant

2007:

Completed fifth plant of Pascal Oita

2008:

Established Pascal Trading Shanghai Corp. (China-based affiliate) in Shanghai
Opened Changchun sales office
Completed second plant of Pascal Yamagata

2009:

Established Pascal Dalian Corporation (China-based affiliate) in Shanghai
Completed Pascal Dalian plant
Established Pascal GmbH (Germany-based affiliate) in Giessen

2010:

Opened Guangzhou sales office
Opened Chongqing sales office
Establish Pascal Korea Corporation in Changwon

2013:

Opened Tianjin sales office

2015:

Relocated plant and sales office of Dalian

Completed sixth plant of Pascal Oita
